Can I pick up the car at Chania Airport?
Yes. Choose Chania Airport as your pickup location when creating the quote, and add your flight number if available.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after you review the quote and press the confirmation button. The page will show your booking code.
Can I change pickup time after booking?
Contact the team as soon as possible. Include your booking code, new arrival time, and flight or ferry details.
How do I cancel my booking?
Contact the team as soon as possible with your booking code. Cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy.
Is insurance included?
Standard insurance is included with the rental price. Optional Full Mixed Insurance can be added in the booking form: 1-5 rental days are 50 EUR total, and 6+ rental days are 10 EUR per day.
Is unlimited mileage included?
Yes. Unlimited mileage is included with every rental.
Is an additional driver included?
Yes. An additional driver is included free of charge. Mention the second driver in the booking notes so the team can prepare the rental agreement.
Can I request a baby or child seat?
Yes. Baby and child seats are available free of charge upon request. Add the request in the booking notes so the local team can prepare it.
Do you support hotel delivery?
Some resort and accommodation areas are supported. Select the closest available location and add details in the notes field.
Should I add my flight number?
Yes, if you have it. It helps the local team follow arrival timing and coordinate airport pickup more smoothly.
What are the standard pickup and dropoff hours?
Standard hours run from 08:00 to 22:00. If your pickup or dropoff falls outside standard hours, an after-hours fee is added and shown in your quote before you confirm. Contact the team if your flight arrives late so they can confirm the arrangement.
Do I pay online?
The current flow creates a confirmed booking request and email confirmation. Payment or deposit details should be discussed directly with the team.
